Enjoy one of the best Sunday Roasts on Anglesey at The Ship Inn.

We are proud to be fully dog-friendly, welcoming four-legged friends inside to curl up by our roaring open fires or join you in our scenic pub garden. Situated on the iconic Anglesey Coastal Path, our 18th-century tavern has been the heart of the bay for generations of families. Relax with board games or take in stunning views across North Wales from our beach huts and beer garden, where dolphins were recently spotted right here in the bay.

We pride ourselves on serving locally sourced Welsh produce and the finest seasonal ingredients.

As the historic birthplace of the Land Rover, where the original design was first sketched in the sand, we invite you to experience our unique Land Rover themed dining room. Throughout the rest of the building, we narrate the rich history of the pub through a curated collection of pictures and artworks. Whether you are a walker stopping for a pint of Real Ale or a family gathering for a legendary Sunday lunch, join us at the most authentic waterfront location in North Wales.

"The service was first class and the Sunday roast (Lamb shank) was delicious, one of the best Sunday Roasts on the island. Hot fresh food, fresh roast potatoes and veg!"
